Hello! I am William Gonzales. I love media, anthropology, technology, and design, in no particular order--with a special interest in niche internet cultures and subcultural history. I’ve lived in Houston and Austin, TX, New York City, and had a too-brief stint in Seoul.

I have experience with monitoring social media accounts, content creation, and working on content calendars. I have also dabbled in the realm of events and influencer outreach, and a I think I do a pretty good job when it comes to writing a press release. I’ve also worked as a collaborator on independent publications, specifically as a writer and on the fashion side of things. I have a background in the fine arts and specializations in Latin American, East Asian, and anthropological studies, with further emphases on intercultural and interreligious communications and a personal interest in linguistics.

My creative network stretches throughout the United States to Japan and South Korea. I feel that it’s important to really know a city, a state, a country, or even a tiny fishing village. I draw a lot of my inspiration from my own life experiences, personal interests, my heritage as a diasporic Latino, and a continued fascination with the avant-garde instilled in me since I was a young boy.
